Most of the boney control relies on bouncing stuff, but one card nerfs hexproof and shroud. Since that's just one card, possibly the right answer is just to print some efficient hexproof creatures, and rely on them to overwhelm the rest of the deck, while using removal to bypass the "nerf hexproof" guy.
But as an alternative, here's a "hexproof but not called that" card, which dodges the hexproof removal.
It's still vulnerable to one of the "change the name of all creatures, then bounce one of my creatures and all other creatures with the same name, including all yours" combo, but hopefully that's not reliably enough for Boney Control to rely on?
I knew, when creating this imagniary deck for the challenge, that something would have to be done about the simple answer of just playing hexproof. Still I didn't want to make it so overbearing that that wasn't an answer. Alternative Hexproof seems like a strong response.
