Pretty directly using the numbers from dominion. "May play an additional land each turn" isn't all that good unless you've got lots of card draw or similar; combo's well with landfall etc. though. Also works as {g}->{r} filtering. Eh, it'll do.

Nice design. Manages to be balanced while holding true to the Dominion numbers, which takes a little doing. Faintly reminiscent of Tinder Wall or Wild Cantor, with a dash of Oracle of Mul Daya.
