For Challenge # 023. Again, the casting cost is forcing my hand into adding a "lose life at beginning of turn" clause. In this case, it's probably a good thing. I like this being a capstone on the other 4 abilities, but if it was just a pure stall, it could lead to some very boring games.

Well, I guess there's Manabarbs, which this is similar to. I'm not sure it needs the "lose 2 life" for balance/CMC reasons, but I can definitely see that it needs it for "not making the game stall" reasons.

As an amusing finisher; force your blue opponent to cast a mass twiddle :)

Finding a way to force your opponent to tap things is tricky. I'm sure it's doable, though. If this enchantment really was in Alpha, it would be sitting right next to Word of Command in people's trade binders.
