So you pay six mana to get a Treasure token, but only if an opponent casts another six mana spell... before that the six-mana enchantment does nothing. And that's obviously too powerful, so that opponent better have a way to stop your six-mana enchantment from creating a Treasure for you.

This could be outright "Spells with converted mana cost six or greater cost {1} more to cast." and cost less than six mana. How much would you pay for "Spells your opponents cost {1} more to cast." (only part of the effect of Grand Arbiter Augustin IV) without the cmc restriction? This is softer.

I don't think this card ever had a chance.

As this is... Smothering Tithe is both better (guaranteed at least one trigger a turn, costs opponent {2} to stop it instead of {1}) and cheaper (4 instead of 6). So yeah, this is looking pretty weak.

Oddly, it looks like the obvious space of "Make one treasure a turn, no get out clause" doesn't exist. So maybe take this in that direction if you want it to stay expensive?

At the very least, make this so that it triggers on your own spells; to give you way to ensure it's not a dead card?

How about: "At the start of your turn, or whenever a player casts a 6 mana spell, create a treasure token" ?
That seems like a solid 6 mana spell to me.

Smothering Tithe is also pretty broken, so being weaker than that is not a problem
