Compare to Sword of the Animist in regards to pricing.

Yeah, but this is a Sword (which is already very good) plus Strata Scythe, so it shouldn't be costed so aggressively, even in green

(I'm not even going to address the sad truth that land tokens are probably too hard to implement in paper Magic)

I am strongly in the camp that land token could exist.

Anyway, unless there's an overall colorbend like New Phyrexia, this card would be black and green I think, since exiling a target out of the library is exclusive to black to my knowledge.
