This feels reallllly underpowered. I have to pay 3 and skip a draw to even get a 1/3 vigilance? eek
Yeah, this one's supposed to be bad.
There's a place for bad cards if they still do something fun. This card is a Zoidberg. It's bad, and makes me feel bad. Had this simply been a 0/3 Vigilance for
it would be a better card.
Mmmm... it's going to find a specialist home in decks that go "Ok, dump my library in my graveyard, and I want to make absolutely certain I can't be forced to draw"
But yeah, there's bad and there's "Oh, this booster only had 14 cards in it"
