  I do really like the idea of Erratic Portal / Crystal Shard on a planeswalker. Making it sorcery speed gets around the end-of-turn-then-start-of-turn double-activation problem too.

  The [0] is certainly very good, perhaps a bit too good. What bothers me most about this planeswalker though is that there's no particular synergy between any of his abilities, nor do they tell a story. Perhaps the [0] (or one of the other abilities) can be changed for something else that helps tie the other two abilities together mechanically or thematically.

  This ultimate is really really underwhelming. I get that you need to control the power level because all the splash is in the triggered ability, but the last ability can't even kill them on its own.

  Skithyrx was mythic in part because it did some things black didn't really do (like haste). Also it was comparatively much much better than this.

  It's tertiary in white. Which is to say the set needs a rather good reason for it. Remember the Fallen is the last one I remember, from a famously pie-stretching set. I confess to having done it myself - Lofty Guardian - I think with sufficient justification in that case (exploring what combinations of types Reminisce could go on). But each case should be examined carefully to see if there is sufficient justification.

  If you're going to do a white Raise Dead effect, then a colour-shift of Gravedigger is one of the cleanest and most sensible ways to do it.

  Also I suspect that for a 3 CMC planeswalker, "0: get any creature" is too good, especially a flier.
