Huh. A dwarf who has changed gears 20 times in a single war :)

Anyway, firstrike crew; and everyone draws an extra card a turn, but you draw 3. In the end step, so that you do get an advantage before others do.

Draw cards on crew? Oh! Flip that around!

Huh. I intend this to be "fully crew", is that a term? Does this imply it's just contributing 1 crew (without tapping) for {e}?

I dunno, i was confused. But as it's written it technically does the full crew, i think.

Also it's an uncommon so i'd put some reminder text :)

I think the phrase you want is "Whenever you draw a card, you may pay {e}. If you do, target Vehicle you control becomes an artifact creature until end of turn." A la Peacewalker Colossus

Oh yeah, that's much better. Wizards has some crazy-good wording sometimes.

Works, but feels less flavoury.

Why do you feel that way? I hadn't even considered flavor.

Well, turning a thing into an artifact creature feels different from "I pilot this vehicle with my mind".

That's literally what crewing a vehicle does. The ability you want exists on a card. Putting flavor ahead of basic mechanical consistency just leads to bad designs that don't work
