Also possibly could be mono-green - not sure. Probably needs to be mono-colour though.

I hope we get a blue-green planeswalker like this someday. I think a lot of people would like it.

I fear the +1 is a bit too strong. Even Forcemage Advocate has to give your opponents cards back in order to do that every turn; Dragon Blood will charge you {3} for it every turn. I think as a 3-mana planeswalker this would be very cool.

I think the other issue is that he uses the keyword Proliferate. Though Garruk Relentless broke the rule, they tend not to use block-specific keywords on planeswalkers.
