Yeah but only does the same thing on turn 1.

I could simplify this, but I have a love hate relationship with wordy terrible cards.

But yeah ill fix it.

Assuming no ramp, this basically reads "You can't play this if you've missed a land drop all game. You also can't play this if you've done anything that costs mana this turn cycle. Your opponent won't be able to pay the extra cost if their spell cost anything more than 0, so it may as well just be a hard counter."

Good point. that is kind of lame, rather than neat.

I'm just tryna find a way for this to interrupt flow, which i guess this does. Honestly, i could just reprint force spike, because that messed up clean plays on turns enough anyway. Okay, well I'm gonna try and fix it so it doesn't feel like a convoluted hard counter
