So if it's in your sideboard, it's basically in your opening hand? Interesting!
Don't need the timing restriction. On the second ability, should it only add as many cards to your hand as you exiled? Otherwise it's just draw 3, and there's no reason to exile any.
Does the game become better if control decks don't need to make space for their finisher anymore?
From whaat I've heard of Companion, this is an enormous "no, this should not exist."
The very existence of this card would be horrible for kitchen table Magic. "Need to be able to produce two
" is not enough of a hoop to allow absolutely any deck that gets flooded out to get a random 9/9. If it cost about six
(out of a total cost of 9+) that miiight be enough to prevent most decks from getting it without trying.
Even outside of that - while potentially difficult to cast quickly enough (some serious ramp needed) it will lead to a stupid level of repetitive play, by tutoring three things.
