Hmm. A universal Diviner's Wand. ...Oh, except it doesn't trigger in your draw step. Not so keen then.

I'm not a good judge, but it seems reasonable to me. Even a small effect on a land is very strong as you don't need to spend a card with it, and I'd love to play this with lots of Thought Couriers and card draw spells.

Yeah, you do have to be careful with nonbasic land effects. This is probably reasonable.
