For Challenge # 163. Originally, I was aiming for 20 with this card. But it occurred to me that if you wanted an Infest and you're deck had 4x Infest in it, then you had a reasonably good chance of getting what you wanted (presuming we magically don't know what you've drawn in this game so far.) When you're looking at 15 cards and digging for one of your 4x, your chances are exactly 50-50. That's more in the spirit of what I was going for.

It's possible that this isn't a mono-blue ability. One for the council of colors I suppose. I don't think anyone would question it if it looked the top 5 cards and chose one, though. More a matter of degree.

Anyhow, the hybrid cost let me keep this card restrictive, while still giving it flexibility into two mono-colored decks and Dimir. I figured that was important, since 'cheating' Diabolic Tutor shouldn't be easy.

Amusingly means you can't fail to find if the one you're looking for isn't there. Not sure that's ever important, but it's a thing :)
