Props for that last line. It's good to see that there's still new places for charm design to grow into.
Jura Charm
See Challenge # 144.
My take on Gideon Jura.
It is odd at first, but then you realize that White can return creatures, artifacts, and enchantments, and black can return creatures... and planeswalkers? Eh. I think it's fine, given precedent.
See Challenge # 144. I always liked Teysa, Orzhov Scion both mechanically and as a character. Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts was a bit of a flavour fail, of course, but Teysa's advokist law-magic is very compelling.
The first two abilities are clearly based on her cards. The third is a weird line to read on white-black given Nature's Spiral, but I think it's not out-of-pie, especially given Obzedat's Aid.
See Challenge # 144.
Thanks. :) It felt flavorful and appropriate.
I like that you can cheapen this by having a Gideon out.
Reminisce is blue's way to do graveyard hate. The most powerful mode here is Call to Mind, I think, especially at instant speed.
I created Gideon's Command.
See Challenge # 144.
Tamiyo's Charm
See Challenge # 144. Call to Mind costs
and reminds me of Tamiyo. I felt Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's +1 needed to appear on her charm since it's a common effect and a clear way to represent her. Reminisce also costs
and seemed like a potentially neat concept (I don't know if Reminisce is ever used because the cards being returned to the deck won't be useful later and possibly reduce the opponent drawing what they need).
There's one cycle of charms named after dragons. Design a new charm named after a planeswalker, or legendary creature, or other magic character, or place or plane, or other proper name.
The only rule for charms is to "choose one" of three modes. The best are cheap, so they include three marginal effects which add up to 1, 2 or 3 mana between them. But for this challenge more expensive charms, and commands (choose two of four) are also fine, as are other variants on the theme.
Aspire to make a Gideon Charm that feels different to "any white charm" or a Zendikar Charm that feels different to "any green charm", but don't worry if it doesn't completely work.
It makes some sense, though.
I was thinking processors that made use of the exile zone. The connection is admittedly distant.
I'm not seeing the connection. My other

wedge Spirits used haunt as their mechanic, and this is meant to play well with that.
Leaning towards Emrakul in the moon with that copy from exile?
See Challenge # 124.
Looking back: What depressing flavor. Perfect for Innistrad!
I forgot this was my card! Yeah, I'm pleased how that last ability turned out.
It's like "hexproof as long as you control another creature", plus "unblockable as long as you control another attacking creature", right? Sounds pretty blue to me.
As of the printing of Call the Gatewatch, I would say this is the right color combination.
See Challenge # 143.
Like landfall, but a fixed limit instead of a trigger.
