I found Grinder far too intriguing, so I created two artifacts that use it, Uncontrolled Overloader and Sprocketflinger.
Adding a new token Spirit.
Created for Challenge # 145 and further prompted by the intriguing Grinder. Rather than Uncontrolled Overloader which outright forces the defender to use their Grinders, this merely encourages them to.
Alternatively, this could be a bit cheaper, and have power and toughness both equal to the total number of artifacts on the battlefield. Might that be more interesting?

Nice! And completely different to what I had planned. Let me put up my Grinder-user, which could probably appear in the same set as this... here you go, Uncontrolled Overloader. Which prompted Sprocketflinger as an alternative.
I wonder whether Masochism has actual potential to be a guild keyword. The flavour is obviously spot-on, and it'd fit with things like Carnophage and Maggot Carrier and Fireslinger and Orcish Artillery and Rumbling Slum and Sulfuric Vortex and Anthem of Rakdos... Plus black could provide a little bit of life-drain to refill a little of what you're paying... Yeah, I think that could work.
I love the idea that the Izzet are giving everyone Grinders and forcing them to use them, but this backfires somewhat against the Rakdos who enjoy it a bit too much!
I sort of want this to be "
: Target bear fights target other bear" :)
Crim, Rakdos Gadgeteer for Grinder.
Adding Elemental

It's really hard to create a context where Grinder matters...
OK, let's try Gideon Id, Ego and Superego.
New token: Ooze (I think tokens don't have to have all the rules text, so this could be used for either "put an X/X ooze creature token OTB where X is.." or "Put an ooze creature token OTB with 'This creature's power and toughness are each equal to...")

Nice!
Leave it to me to come up with the challenge that might be too all-around difficult to be reasonable. We'll wait to see what people come up with.
Needs some P/T?
Thought I could make Gideon's Superego but turned out I was wrong.
See Challenge # 145 and Gideon's Ego.
I... yeah; I can't do this challenge. Token makers use WAY too much card space just to define the token. (And unless boosters can guarantee the token comes in the same pack as the card; and there can only be one token maker in a pack... yeah, it's sensible to have to define all things about the token.)
... dammit; this is actual sensible justification for DFC tech.
Created Bluebottle Evocation for Jellyfish token. My own token is Eye.

Tokens used (though do feel free to reuse them):
Tokens yet to be used:
Kind of a combination of Challenge # 033 and Challenge # 050. I'll start us off with three tokens. The first designer will design a card based on one of those token, then design at least one additional token that is apropos of nothing. And so forth, and so on.
Do try to keep the tokens modestly simple. Remember, whatever you end up writing on those tokens will end up having to be written on the card that makes them.
Oh, and I'm using MTG Maker to make the tokens because they look cooler that way. But that's far from necessary. Don't forget to use the 'Token' Frame when making tokens, though, on the 'New Card' page.
