I wouldn't say that first ability is broken at all. It's quite a bit worse than Rite of Flame.
My first thought was "Until end of turn, permanents you control gain "

Vitenka made Sisay's Charm. I made Sisay's Other Charm.
For Challenge # 144. Vitenka made Sisay's Charm, and my mind immediately said "Those aren't Sisay's three abilities!" (namely, Sisay's Ring, Sisay's Ingenuity and Captain Sisay.) So I made this card to correct the universe.
Originally, it was
, with the third ability putting the card in your hand. But turning 
into 
really didn't make sense (I mean, theoretically useful in odd circumstances... but it doesn't make sense.) So now it starts with a possibly broken first ability that should really be on a red card. Just not sure how to rectify that, though.
Looks good. But I presume that's a typo in your choices? "Speed, Honour or Brutality or Honour" doesn't add up. Though, it sure does give me a few ideas...
@V: No, sorry, everyone's just copypasting the bullet character around :) I should really get around to transforming * at the start of a line into a bullet, though.

Ooops! Was gonna make this Mirri's, but misremembered her colour identity.
And then I was going to put "Target creature deals no combat damage this turn", massively brain spasm'd at it; and ended up with a Fog/Holy Day with a get-out clause? I like it!

First ability starts off looking like Welding Jar, but has an unexpected twist to it. Pretty much unprecedented, though similar to Hanna's Custody/Indomitable Archangel/Leonin Abunas etc. I don't think it's going to break anything - most self-exiling artifacts do it as part of a cost, so you can't interfere with someone activating Brittle Effigy or whatever.
Second ability is presumably why this has to cost 3. Making a 3/3 at pseudo-instant-speed shouldn't cost any less than 3 in total.
Third ability is Scroll of Avacyn, or cycled Renewed Faith, or entwined Sunbeam Spellbomb. It's nice that if the 3/3 wouldn't help right now you can gain some life while you cycle away your charm. At first I thought it was a bit overcosted, but those comparisons make it look pretty reasonable. I think
would be fine rather than 

though.

Created for Challenge # 144, based on the discussions on Zedruu's Charm. Applying the idea of Outpost Siege to a three-choice card gives the concept of an enchantment charm.
The token words come straight from the Mardu flavour article. I would have liked the black ability to match the white and red ones a little better, but "deathtouch and menace" sounds more like "Ruthlessness" (a Sultai concept) than "Brutality". The abilities have to be really short: I tried a bunch of abilities, but phrases like "At the beginning of your upkeep" or "Whenever you attack with one or more creatures" or "put a [size] [colour] [type] token onto the battlefield tapped and attacking" are all really wordy.
Oh, hmm. I was thinking that you somehow own the enchantment, but I guess you don't. Whoopsie.
This would work much better as a regular enchantment, since right now it doesn't trigger Zedruu.
