Oh, I love the effect. Don't mistake me. I just think that, as you said, development would have it cost more.
This may ultimately need to cost
or
more (development! XD), but otherwise I still think it's a legit effect.
Two of those cards have the player showing you an amount that may be less than his or her entire hand, and one has a restriction that means you only get to choose the card sometimes. They are also all limited to a single player, and none of them provide a 4/4 flying body and a scaling number of cards. I would consider putting this in every one of my Esper EDH decks.
@Alex: Oh! You're entirely right! Forgot that.
@L2i0n0k7: Well, 4 mana is about when you don't get the nonland restriction anymore (Disciple of Phenax, Nightmare Void, Gruesome Discovery, Bala Ged Thief, Splitting Headache), and this one is a tri-colored rare...
:-P
This effect seems quite powerful, especially since it doesn't restrict what card type you can choose.
I do feel like the ability isn't really powerful enough for such a restriction.
Seems rather worse than Sands of Delirium. I mean, I suppose it's also a 1/1 creature, but a 1/1's not very exciting on turn 3, and it's much harder to get a 1/1 through unblocked than to just target a player.
Wibble! Hard to track, yes. Pretty awesome effect though :)
Should this be an artifact creature? :3
I made Rhonite Artisan and forgot to link to it here.
I like the idea. I'm glad you made it mythic because it would be very hard to remember. You'd probably need to use two dice just to keep track of each activation.
Haha, fun! I like it. The name is cute. :-)

Hmm. Well, black removes counters and green adds them, and green sometimes moves them between your own creatures. I'm not sure I see the red, though I think that's okay.
Very nice!
I would totally play this.
