I can't quite get the flavour of the name across, the idea is, once you've used their services you're beholded to them...

Flavour text might help. Something like "Our Lady's services will be yours, under the agreed conditions. Just sign here." But I'm bad at writing flavour text.

I'm not sure if this is enough drawback for getting a Murder version of Nekrataal. Maybe.
