Slight change of Myr Superion. In the set, all artifact creatures are colored, hence the in the mana cost. I'm not sure which color would get this effect though. Green gets fatties, but doesn't use artifact mana. Blue has the opposite problem. The stats also are free to change as necessary. (4/3 for , like Vexing Devil, perhaps?
Edit: represents one mana of an as-yet-undetermined color.
What is mana?
It's tough to balance. Since, without a critical mass of cards that work well with it, the nature of being an artifact becomes a drawback. Therefore, critical mass must be achieved for people to like the card. But once it's achieved, it can't be parasitic. Many of the cards that appreciate having bonus artifact resources need to be poor when combined with each other. That's certainly doable, but difficult.
I don't think being an artifact land is inherently powerful. Only when surrounded by affinity or metalcraft does it break. This is also more vulnerable to removal and worse than Sunpetal Grove and Razorverge Thicket.
Artifact... dual lands. This will end in metalcraft and fire.

Can that first ability be activated once during each player's turn? I'm not sure myself... and I could see how that could be an okay ability, but you should be aware that this card could end up with 5 loyalty counters per round of star-magic, for example.
Even if that isn't the case, it's a pretty strong first ability. I'm not sure what one would cost this as a Magic card; Somewhere between and ? It isn't as good as Memory Lapse or Remand, but those are some of the best counterspells in the game. just seems too cheap for, what appears to me, to be a better card than Unsummon. That would mean that the first ability is close to Lightning Bolt in power level. Rough. Doable, but it should warp the rest of the card.
Oh, as an aside, the normal parlance is "Counter target spell. If the spell is countered this way..." Uncounterable spells probably shouldn't be stopped by this, unless that's the point.
Oh, and while I'm at it, I should probably mention that this card is strictly better than Time Warp.
The old version of the TARDIS had no synergy. I'm trying to redo it with more synergy, more resonance, and more originality. I want one of the abilities to grant extra turns and another to be activated at instant speed. I haven't figured out an ultimate yet.
Old abilities:
+1: Exile another target permanent. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
-2: Until the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast nonland cards in your hand as though they were instant.
-8: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of each end step, if it's not your turn, take an extra turn after this one."
Looting every turn on a land might not be appropriate at uncommon. Should I switch this with Land That Time Forgot, bringing in another use of the new ability word?
