The old version of the TARDIS had no synergy. I'm trying to redo it with more synergy, more resonance, and more originality. I want one of the abilities to grant extra turns and another to be activated at instant speed. I haven't figured out an ultimate yet.
Old abilities:
+1: Exile another target permanent. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
-2: Until the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast nonland cards in your hand as though they were instant.
-8: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of each end step, if it's not your turn, take an extra turn after this one."
Can that first ability be activated once during each player's turn? I'm not sure myself... and I could see how that could be an okay ability, but you should be aware that this card could end up with 5 loyalty counters per round of star-magic, for example.
Even if that isn't the case, it's a pretty strong first ability. I'm not sure what one would cost this as a Magic card; Somewhere between
and 
? It isn't as good as Memory Lapse or Remand, but those are some of the best counterspells in the game. 
just seems too cheap for, what appears to me, to be a better card than Unsummon. That would mean that the first ability is close to Lightning Bolt in power level. Rough. Doable, but it should warp the rest of the card.
Oh, as an aside, the normal parlance is "Counter target spell. If the spell is countered this way..." Uncounterable spells probably shouldn't be stopped by this, unless that's the point.
Oh, and while I'm at it, I should probably mention that this card is strictly better than Time Warp.
