By the way, if you want to do a "bulk edit" to lots of cards at once (such as adding an image URL to them), you can use the "Import data" link to do that. If you only specify "name,image_url" on each line, then it'll just add the image URL to the card with the corresponding name. Might save you time in future.
Opinions: do you think that it's OK to have both colored and colorless artifacts and artifact creatures in the same set?
Also: what about mixing +1/+1 counters and -1/-1 counters? The following cards utilize +1/+1 counters: Adipose Pill, Cannibalize, Five Rounds Rapid, and Krynoid. Only Adipose Pill uses -1/-1 counters, but I can't think of any other way to template the ability without them.

I think it's fine to have coloured and colourless artifacts in the same set. In fact, every set that's contained coloured artifacts (Shards of Alara and Conflux, New Phyrexia, Future Sight and Dissension) have all contained colourless artifacts as well; the only exception being Alara Reborn which was kinda unusual :P
Wizards have a very strong rule against mixing +1/+1 counters and -1/-1 counters, so I'll comment on Adipose Pill separately.
This set sort of stalled for a while. I'm going to try rebuilding from the commons up.
First thing I'm doing is getting rid of gestalt and entwine. Gestalt is a really tribal mechanic, and since this isn't a tribal set, it doesn't fit. Entwine somewhat works, but it feels tacked on (it is). I need some new mechanics that fit the flavor of a time travel world. Also, a mechanic that represents the Doctor going around saving innocent people from monster would be nice. I would love to hear suggestions, because I can't think of anything.
In the second draft, I'm going to try to keep the complexity and power at reasonable levels. I don't feel that I went too high power-wise, but complexity was definitely through the roof. Who likes making vanilla creatures anyway?
I'm also going to include more of the Doctor's companions as legendary creatures. I don't know why I thought having only Rory, Jack, and "Mickey" was a good idea. I also have no idea how Cthulhu got in here.

I'm hoping "The Oncoming Storm" will be a card name, personally. :)
