This set sort of stalled for a while. I'm going to try rebuilding from the commons up.
First thing I'm doing is getting rid of gestalt and entwine. Gestalt is a really tribal mechanic, and since this isn't a tribal set, it doesn't fit. Entwine somewhat works, but it feels tacked on (it is). I need some new mechanics that fit the flavor of a time travel world. Also, a mechanic that represents the Doctor going around saving innocent people from monster would be nice. I would love to hear suggestions, because I can't think of anything.
In the second draft, I'm going to try to keep the complexity and power at reasonable levels. I don't feel that I went too high power-wise, but complexity was definitely through the roof. Who likes making vanilla creatures anyway?
I'm also going to include more of the Doctor's companions as legendary creatures. I don't know why I thought having only Rory, Jack, and "Mickey" was a good idea. I also have no idea how Cthulhu got in here.
