Hmm. It's a 7+2 cost, instead of a 5+X cost. To get the ability to. Oh; not just the ones IT has exiled? Cast instants, flash back those instants; then copy them all every turn? yow.

Still... it IS a 7 cost... those do get to be pretty scary.

This might be cleaner as "Target player discards his or her hand, then draws that many cards. ~ deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards he or she has discarded this turn."
