Oh my, another accidental-top down card that came about when I somehow made the type "Thunger"

This might be cleaner as "Target player discards his or her hand, then draws that many cards. ~ deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards he or she has discarded this turn."
This is sort of an inverted Molten Psyche.
