Basic version should be fractionally more expensive than Neck Snap/Divine Verdict. Given this is card advantage when flashed back I'd say costs of 5 / 7 are appropriate. Alternatively make it Rebuke/Kill Shot costing 4 / 6.
Nice! The existence of this card would force people to play a little differently if their opponent passed turn with 5 mana up. I like that this plays very differently on the flashback because people can tell it's there.
Sweet! That's a much more exciting take on it. Still somewhat similar to Faith's Oblivion, but got a few differences. Reminds me of Angel of Serenity. The restriction to artifacts and enchantments means 6 mana might be okay here.
(I fear Faith's Oblivion should be a fraction more expensive. Even for a mythic, 6 mana for a one-sided board wipe is a bit cheap.)
Is that ability meant to trigger the "becomes unattached" ability? I think it will trigger it (compare Grafted Wargear), which means this is crazy repeatable destruction, comparable to Spine of Ish Sah, and needs to be rare, not common.
If you didn't intend the ability to trigger the "becomes unattached" ability, I'm not sure what the "becomes unattached" ability is for. To stop people Naturalizeing this Aura? To combo with your own Naturalize effects?
I think you need to either make this rare, or if you want it to remain common then combine the last two abilities to say
> Enchant nonland permanent
> Enchanted permanent is colorless.
> : Enchanted permanent's controller sacrifices it.
I'm not sure that Desert Twister/Necrotic Sliver effects should ever be at common, but for 10 mana across 2 turns maybe that's okay. If you squint it's just like a Naturalize // Murder split card.
Hm. So it's a sorcery-speed Murder with Recover . Certainly a heck of a lot better than Krovikan Rot. I fear 3 mana is actually too cheap for this: with any kind of sacrifice engine it becomes like a targeted Grave Pact, and even without it it makes it almost suicidal for the opponent to let any of your creatures die.

I made Faith's Oblivion a tad weaker. They now all come in tapped.
I needed a colorless slot. It could be something different.

now only works on battlefield
