Hm. So it's a sorcery-speed Murder with Recover {0}. Certainly a heck of a lot better than Krovikan Rot. I fear 3 mana is actually too cheap for this: with any kind of sacrifice engine it becomes like a targeted Grave Pact, and even without it it makes it almost suicidal for the opponent to let any of your creatures die.
