So, once again everything MtG has done in the last decade is evil and wrong. Where's the surprise? :)
Ok - as for what this is meant to do, it's "Magic combat the way newbies attempt to play it", which is not co-incidentally the way yu-gi-oh does it. (Flavour text quote coming from http://www.yugiohabridged.com/ )
Instead of attacking a player, you may choose to attack their creatures. "I attack your angel with my grizzly bears and my hill giant so it dies!" is a thing I have had time and again to explain that they can't do.
Actually, thinking about it, this might be wordable just as "All creatures are planeswalkers", but the caveats to let them be cretures too would probably be just as complicated.
I'm really confused by this, but maybe it's just me.
Yep. See the Oracle wording for Field of Dreams or any other former Enchant World.
All World Enchantments were printed as Enchant World, but to make them work in modern rules you'll find that they're all World Enchantment in Oracle.
But it's Enchant world, not world enchant?
The World supertype is available in the supertype dropdown, you know...
Ah, you're talking about the cardlist front page. Yep, that looks like that's broken. Thanks for pointing it out - I'll fix that.
So, uh, this is now showing up in the recently-changed-cards list twice, and only one of it has comments :)
And if I hit the 'unyellow this' in a recent comment list item, it doesn't apply it there, only at the top of the page one of it.
Muahahah. Split card abuse!
It certainly does currently, wasn't sure whether it was intended.
It's Bloom Tender!
As for case sensitivity: I'm not sure OTTOMH. I certainly recommend capital letters in all the symbols. I'm not sure whether or not it only accepts that though.
tap symbol are case sensitive?
Ha! It's like Coalition Honor Guard but two-sided :)
Obviously inspired by spellskite, but when red messes with targeting it doesn't do it with finesse.
I thought it was more common, but I may be misremembering. The "Kill it. Then EXILE IT." will trigger a lot more often, and feels a lot more satisfying than "Exile it" even though it achieves the same effect 99% of the time.
Ah, yes, Commanders can find themselves not in the exile zone after being exiled. Cunning. Not actually "coming back from exile", at least not in the timescale of this spell's resolution, but yes, there is one rule in one format that can cause the third clause to happen. None outside of EDH that I can think of though, but it's certainly possible I've missed something else.
