Draw two cards, one cheaper than divination, but gold... Scary! Plausibly fair, but scary! And common? That's gonna warp an environment out of recognition.
If one of them's a sorcery and the other's an instant, I'd say it's okay. It certainly defines what means in this set, but assuming Tenebrae wants to be understood as a creature growth guild, having both this and Nature's Wings, one sorcery and one instant at common, will help get that across.
Knight of Meadowgrain suggests this is overcosted slightly.
Sunspear Shikari suggests not VERY overcosted though. Maybe just down one to
?
Oooh, amber flag for new-world-order combat complexity common.
Seems like a sufficiently nifty ability to give it a go, though.
Nice. A good simple solid vanilla; and probably a fair cost/toughness too.
Possibly a bit too much encouragement for a ground-stall though.

i think i am going to change this, just because i don't want the fae to come across as mainly a creature growth guild.
i think i'll cantrip it. i do want to try to counteract the aura's loss of value as well

I don't like the idea of 2 pump spells in
common. A small critter with ETB: draw a card might be abetter fit (maybe

1/1 hexproof, ETB: draw a card?)
The second part is dubious. Make it target or maybe consider "You may put that card in your graveyard".
At that cost, the aura should do something basic. Maybe a small ETB effect such as "Target creature gets +1/-1 UEOT"?
