I'm not sure this is a good idea for a rare, really. When Phantasmal Dragon is uncommon, going bigger isn't really going to help - it just makes your huge beatstick even more swingy (luck-dependent).

Yes. I tend to design my cards before looking at similar things already printed. It keeps my creativity high and lets me see how close my designs are to whats already done.

I can see that happening in casual and formats where there are still 2 mana counter spells. Though I think that in the current standard of design it will not be that much of an issue. But then again I may be wrong.

Edit: I also didn't mean for this to have two instances of Cascade.
