Is that "on target creature" the old-style, meaning "On the creature this enchants" or a real legitimate "Yup, till you deal with either this critter, or this enchantment, every death is gonna give me a counter to play with"?

The first is a bit meh. No; no, it's a lot meh. Black get full blown Murder for this cost.

The second though, wow, that's kinda exciting. And utterly devastating to token decks.

Yes it's the second though I'll be tweaking it to "on target creature with the same controller as enchanted creature"
