being tertiary. It's aimed to be evergreen (replacing hexproof). I treated as though it had been introduced before so it's not "new" a mechanic here.

alternative idea
enters with a +1/+1 counter at each upkeep, you may redistribute X +1/+1 counters where X is number of permanents with centering you control
as you cast this spell.
