"Get a grip" is a lot more of a warning when you're dealing with dimensional magic.

Whenever this creature blocks a creature, you may exchange that creature with a face-up exiled creature card that creature's controller owns. (It enters under that player’s control.)

+1: Choose target permanent. Spells that target it cost
less to cast this turn.
0: Until your next turn, target permanent becomes an enchantment with no abilities.
-7: You get an emblem with "You may pay
rather than pay the mana cost a spell with
in its mana cost. If you do, the X is ten."

Moved to uncommon to prevent consistency for nasty limited starts that would involve choking your opponent out with bunch of these (even if it might not be that good).

placeholder design
derp, the second effect had a trigger "Whenever you scour" but was now changed to a exile trigger
name is placeholder
This card being centering in blue is weird considering it's marked as a white-green ability here.
Dreamwalk in green? Dreamwalk isn't strictly speaking a truly positive ability, so it might really make sense in smaller amounts in even traditionally nonevasive colors. At common though? Dunno.
Even with Inescapable Spacetime being white, this seems like it should be 'true' colorless, since it's part of the classic lorwyn elemental incernation cycle, which already has a member of each of the five colors. This being hybrid colorless-white would mechanic wise also be sensible, but again less from the lorwyn cycle perspective.
Unless it's changed to being something else.
Also, dreamwalk is maybe a tad off / a color bend in white.
Variant of a design I used in a previously unfinished set of mine.
silly placeholder idea
