+1: Choose target permanent. Spells that target it cost
less to cast this turn.
0: Until your next turn, target permanent becomes an enchantment with no abilities.
-7: You get an emblem with "You may pay
rather than pay the mana cost a spell with
in its mana cost. If you do, the X is ten."

Sacrifice this enchantment: Exile target nonland permanent until end of turn. You may play it from exile this turn. (You still pay its costs. If you play it, it enters under your control. If you don't play it, return it under its owner's control as the turn ends.)

This enchantment enters with X charge counters on it.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, you may return this enchantment to its owner's hand. If you do, add

Reverse the turn order.
You take the next turn. (You take one extra turn after this one.)

There is a belief that the Vith have no time of their own. They just take what other have forgotten—their dreams.

derp, the second effect had a trigger "Whenever you scour" but was now changed to a exile trigger
name is placeholder
This card being centering in blue is weird considering it's marked as a white-green ability here.
Dreamwalk in green? Dreamwalk isn't strictly speaking a truly positive ability, so it might really make sense in smaller amounts in even traditionally nonevasive colors. At common though? Dunno.
Even with Inescapable Spacetime being white, this seems like it should be 'true' colorless, since it's part of the classic lorwyn elemental incernation cycle, which already has a member of each of the five colors. This being hybrid colorless-white would mechanic wise also be sensible, but again less from the lorwyn cycle perspective.
Unless it's changed to being something else.
Also, dreamwalk is maybe a tad off / a color bend in white.
Variant of a design I used in a previously unfinished set of mine.
