Notes on the update

Due to all bottom library manipulation present in the set, putting all cards on bottom in order can ask players to memorize a long sequence of cards, which is not desirable
Changing this to shuffle stuff into library can help with the "lantern control"-esque limited archetype for blue as a lesser resort to change the top card
With the revised ability, the amount of text warrants a red-flag; a potential comprehension complexity issue if not for the fact alone how the effect requires to be worded
The new ETB effect is weaker so it seems reasonable to give the delusion ability a minor +1 buff
