On a separate side note: I have a big box (think of it as a giant cube), played a game yesterday with some friends. Bereavement popped up, and a friend of mine drafted it, ended up playing against my mostly big green creatures deck, and sided it against me. Man, that thing stung. Since my creatures all cost 4-7 mana, I couldn't just dump them out on the table. The end result, in one game, was an attrition loss, due to discarding 4 large monsters out of my hand.
First-class combat trick. In the same family as Kindled Fury, Thunder Strike and Slaughter Cry, but costing more in exchange for a cantrip, thus almost guaranteeing card advantage. I would actually be definitely up for red getting more card advantage tricks like this, and I think it's printable; just very good.
Ooh, nice. I always liked Thief of Hope effects. This is like Liliana's Caress (or Megrim) but keeps you alive better in multiplayer (and has a more useful body).
Time to rename Extort now that it's been used on official cards.
This is meant as a "preview" card for the next set.

This may be fine acceptable, but damn is it good.

Bereavement for all opposing creatures. Sounds fine.
Curiously, although white gets some excellent abilities on a 2/2 for , it's never got a 2/2 with vigilance for less than .
I agree with Vitenka's compliments and Vitenka's suggestion.
That's a nice slow bit of mana banking and fixing. Given it doesn't actually make mana; could it even be 1 cheaper?
