On a serious note, the normal template for this would be "power and toughness each equal to the greatest etc plus the number of players", and not need to use an X
A big p/t boost that benefits from high CMC appears more green than white.
This is also a rather "vanilla" combat trick. Green gets Giant Growth. If this was restricted to a blocking or blocked creature, I would buy into that line of argumentation, but this also is just an optional "win this game by having an unblocked creature" card - that points to both green as well as the higher CMC you have considered earlier.
What happens if someone copies this with Sakashima the Impostor?

"other creatures" to "creatures not named"
What happens if there are two of them in play?
Let's be obnoxious with that P/T box
fixed error
"target creature spell" to "target spell"
Wow. I thought you were on the "make aura's playable please" side?
Lose three cards, to turn a creature into a one-off Remove Soul.

Goofy name shout-out
"target creature" to "target blocked or blocking"

Yep. Even on a creature: Bala Ged Scorpion. White has a habit of punishing high power this hard.
Added flying (likely intended this to have flying and forgot)
So if cast a Counsel of the Soratami Born of Inspirationn becomes a 3/3, but if you cast a Double Cleave during combat, then ~ will become a 2/2.
