I chose to have the creatures ETB tapped, so as I was worried that allowing them to enter untapped just makes things too easy for other collaborate cards.
Unsure if I need to say "up to one" every time or if I need to say "target" every time. I think the intent of "destroy 1 of each target permanent" is pretty clear.
On power level, I will point out that Sleight of Hand is a pretty uninspiring 1-mana common sorcery. (Hm, though apparently it was reprinted at common. Weird.) On the other end of the bracket, Discovery // Dispersal is played in plenty of decks that don't have both colours of mana for the Dispersal half, so a Discovery at common I think would be fine and pretty interesting.

Also considering name "Confusion on the Stairs"
Followed dude1818's wording
I think you want "copy target activated ability from an Eye source" (e.g. Tawnos, Urza's Apprentice)
It is too unclear, I think. I can try to guess at what is intended, but do not know which guess is better, or if any of them are.
Forgot p/t
