  Could make it 1/2 or 2/1 and lose the upkeep drawback, probably making it a rather better card. But I don't think I want to push that strategy too hard, because Braids, Cabal Minion made for a bunch of rather unfun decks.

  Er... what was I thinking? A 5-power flyer for 5, in artifacts? Reduced to 4/1, and I think it'll still be plenty good enough.

  Astonishingly, there don't seem to be any cards whose Oracle wording include an ability costing which targets a player, except for the odd and old card Martyrdom. (Edit: However, there is Vengeful Archon.)

  Sadly doesn't work well with Intellect Pruners: the draw from this happens before the draw-modification from that. That's bound to lead to confusion, so probably one or other should change.
