  This could go down to 2 mana. Currently blue has three 2-drop creatures and four 3-drop creatures in the set.

  This has never existed as a vanilla artifact creature before, but I think it's fair. White and green get better than these stats regularly (Kor Sanctifiers, Kabira Evangel, Nessian Courser, Trophy Hunter), and blue's done it once with Selhoff Occultist; and blue and red have got this vanilla before (Blind Phantasm, Jwari Scuttler, Minotaur Warrior and now Riot Devils). Red even got a better-than-vanilla in Tattermunge Duo. If you venture into double-coloured-mana-symbol territory, every colour has more: Transcendent Master, Descendant of Kiyomaro, Echo Mage, Maralen of the Mornsong, Vampire Nighthawk, Zombie Master, Hurloon Minotaur, Koth's Courier, Elvish Warrior.

  But it's never existed in artifacts before, except for Wall of Spears. So I think this is fair game.

  Hmm. I do still have slot CA16 open for a common large artifact creature, and I'm all for increasing the number of flying artifact creatures wherever possible. So maybe I'll do that.

  Did a pass looking at the CMCs of active cards. White had too many 3-drops and not enough 4-drops, so I moved MW02 Decorated Skycolonel to 4 mana. Blue has no 4-drop creatures and 5 3-drop creatures, so one or two of them need to grow a bit. Red has 3 2-drop creatures, 5 3-drop creatures and only 1 4-drop, so I need to space out the red 3-drops. Green on the other hand has 1 1-drop creature, 6 2-drop creatures and 2 3-drop creatures, so I need to space out the green 2-drops.

  In artifacts things look pretty good, but I don't yet have any 3-mana artifact creatures with power 2, so I'll make some of them when filling the remaining artifact creature slots.

  There were too many 3-drops in white, so I bumped this up to 4. Mythic creatures are generally square-stats, even flyers (Indomitable Archangel) that can grow (Jenara, Asura of War), so made this a 4/4.

  This was too similar in size to the new CR03 Impetuous Sunseeker, and red had more 3-drops than 4-drops. Gave this the Anaba Shaman treatment, turning from a 3-mana 1/1 to a 4-mana 2/2.
