Not sure why I thought this could be common. Viridian Shaman was uncommon, Viridian Corrupter was uncommon, War Priest of Thune was uncommon, and this is an artifact block. Never mind.

I liked this as a 2-mana 1/1, but green is stuffed to bursting with 2-drops and this has less need to stay at 2 mana than most of the rest do.
2-mana 1/1 -> 3-mana 2/2
Turned into a straight Viridian Shaman/Manic Vandal reprint for now. Might tweak the numbers later, but most of the 4-drops are policemen so I don't think this can leave the 3-mana spot.
