This was just almost printed as a white card in Hallowed Moonlight. Of course, there are important differences, but I think it shows that this effect is doable.
Honestly I have no idea what to do for a mechanical focus here. Suggestions would be welcome.
This it the brainstormed locale that I currently like the least.
Persist will be more prevalent in these colors, though it will have at least one card in all the other colors.
Track may appear as a mechanical theme for
, though it may not be a named mechanic; perhaps there will be a common "Track" card or two and a build-around-me uncommon. I'm thinking red should get a player pinger at common (like Goblin Fireslinger) in addition to its normal burn cards; green should get at least one fight card, and perhaps two (which is one more than is normal.)

First ability "Whenever" instead of "the next time; draws two instead of three
