This is slightly cheaper than artifacts have been able to destroy creatures repeatedly before. Altar of Shadows cost , which was admittedly pretty expensive. Lux Cannon only does it every three turns. I think the needs to increase a bit.
Yowch. When used after blockers are declared, this gets you an instant saboteur trigger with your... okay, Skirk Commando is about the best you can get, and then you're just paying for a Lunge. So I guess that's okay.
This does have the drawback that at the moment, you can use it during other players' combat steps. It should probably say "Play ~ only during your combat phase".

This was already printed as Crash Landing, and that was uncommon, which I think is the right rarity.
