Probably wants to be templated precisely like Blazing Salvo.

I considered Blazing Salvo but I wanted this to be more in line with Lightning Bolt. It does the same thing for the same cost but the targetted player has to decide whether to 'take the burn' or scarifice a creature (as the caster decides both targets - player & creature)

Do note that you can't cast this unless you can choose both targets (so you can't burn a player for 3 if they have a creatureless deck). That might be fine, but you should be aware.
