Ah, there we are. I thought it had been printed, but couldn't find it. It was odd that Harvest Mage didn't spellshape an existing card when she was originally printed, but it seems they fixed that in Scourge.
Oh, hang on, I didn't spot this was an Instant rather than an every-turn enchantment. Well. I'd still like to get double-duty out of each of those triggers.
Are you intending for the opponent to be able to block the Goblin, or for the caster of this spell to be able to do it after blockers are declared? I think the wording should make it clear either way: either say "Cast ~ only during your declare attackers step", or "Cast ~ only after blockers are declared / only during your declare blockers step" and "tapped, attacking and unblocked".
BTW, Warren Instigator is the scariest target for this I can think of.
Very nice. Very natural mirror of Child of Night. Power level is (surprisingly) fine, given Thornweald Archer (which is better but in the colour that gets better creatures).
Ah, now that's a sensible tweak. A High Tide / Bubbling Muck for all your lands, or a Heartbeat of Spring as a oneoff.
(Isn't it weird how only blue and black, green's two enemy colours, have got this effect before?)

More to the point, Divergent Growth.
Needless nitpick, but you might move "Until end of turn," to the beginning of the Oracle.
I have to agree. This is definitely on the strong side of common, but not unduly so.
I've got scarier. How about Siege-Gang Commander, Murderous Redcap, Outrage Shaman. Stingscourger is irritating. Shrieking Mogg could be fun, since you've already attacked.
Or worst of all, Goblin Settler.

I am thinking either when attacker are declared with the card as is
OR
After blockers are declared and sacrifice rather than return to hand.

Was thinking that maybe it should sacrifice the goblin rather than return to hand. Especially with all the ETB effects out there
seeing as I've dropped the Mine sub theme I needed to redesign this and a few other cards
Glad you like it, this is probably one of my favourite 10 cards in the set as everything just came together beautifully on it.
