I think I may be able to finagle this cycle as costing one colorless and one colored mana, as a sorcery. Maybe slightly pushed, but I don't know how I'd feel about
and one color mana. Maybe two colored.
Tenacity, for example, costs
, but it's an instant, grants an extra +0/+1, and untaps the creatures.
Sorcery into Enchantment also feels a little more "right" to me than instant into enchantment.
This forms a cycle with Ethereal Inspiration, Baatorian Deathcall, Ysgardian Wardrums, and Beastland Stampede.

It is a roundabout reoccurring counterspell, yes. Though in practise it's not likely to function too directly in that way. Still, it is considerable that it can theoretically provide you with a constant counter available, as long as you have the mana.
Well, I'd complain that this is the ounterspell which never ends, my friends...
But it costs 8 mana to pull that trick. There's already way worse stuff you can do at 8 mana. It's a nasty easy-to-forget sat in exile gotcha; though.
