Experimenting with a possible representation of Sigil.
Changed to uncommon.
Another +1/+1 or loyalty counter card, this one being a modal card. Not sure or not if the lotalty counter thing is viable on commons or cheap-ish commons.
Was initially thinking of giving this flying, but that would have possibly been too pushed for 1B with the return to hand and all on top of it.
This is sort of a companion card to Impulse of Limbo.
I've settled on two colored colorless and one colored mana for the main cost on these, considering you do get Portal.
Also has a subtle "Add 3" thing. There's an implicit "rule of three" thing I have going on with some of these designs as well (3/3 creatures, mana costs with
in it, CMC 3 or less, etc.), though perhaps I shouldn't overdo it too much.
Yea it is pretty useful overall. If there's a power concern, I could maybe alter the cost to

. But
would be feel-bad for me.
It's pretty awesome on your own ones - drain them to their las counter; then use this to get them back up to base loyalty+1.
As an emergency measure for an opponent whose walker is about to hit ultimate, it'll grab you a turn or two of safety. So strong there, too.
Vibing off of Long Road Home, except tailored to the "creature or planeswalker" sub-thread that seems to be going on here. I'd like to have a number of cards that directly add loyalty counters.
Not 100% sure how this would practically work out on your own Planeswalkers though. The Planeswalker usage might be better used on an opponent's Planeswalker than on your own.
