Swampwalk
Swamps you control are indestructible and have hexproof.
On the ghastly red-litten plain was moving a procession of beings in such a manner as none ever saw before save in nightmares.

 R
Enchantment
Each nontoken creature has "When this creature dies, exile it. When you do, target player discards a card."
"May the gods pity the man who in his callousness can remain sane to the hideous end! Come and be mad whilst he still calls with mercy!"
 R
Sorcery
Target player skips their next turn unless they pay half their life, rounded up.
That night something of youth and beauty died in the elder world.
 U
Creature – Demon
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a nonland permanent unless they pay {2}.
These beings were like the waters of the river Than, not to be understood. Their deeds I recall not, for they were but of the moment. These beings of yesterday were called Man.

Destroy target nonblack creature that entered the battlefield this turn.
On what remained of his chewed and gouged head there was no longer a face.

Target player discards two cards. Then that player may sacrifice a permanent. If they do, they may copy this spell and may choose a new target for the copy.
Taran-Ish had scrawled upon the altar of chrysolite with coarse shaky strokes the sign of DOOM.

Creature – Vampire Spirit
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Exotic Emanation this turn dies, put X +1/+1 counters on Exotic Emanation, where X is that creature's power.
Out of the fungus-ridden earth steamed up a vaporous corpse-light, yellow and diseased, which bubbled and lapped to a gigantic height.

Sorcery
Put target exiled creature card onto the battlefield tapped under its owner's control.
From the pitch-black room we had left there burst the most appalling and daemoniac succession of cries that either of us had ever heard.

Kindred Instant – Lizard
Destroy target non-Lizard creature.
Put a +1/+1 counter on each Lizard creature you control.
In the fiendish clawing of the swirling currents there seemed to abide a vindictive rage.
 M
Enchantment
If a creature card would be put into your graveyard from anywhere, if it didn't have a ghoul counter on it, put it onto the battlefield with a ghoul counter on it instead.
Certain corpses never decay, but rest firm and fat in their tombs for a thousand years.

{g}, Sacrifice a creature: Put a +1/+1 counter on Insane Butcher and regenerate it.
"They say meat makes blood an’ flesh, an’ gives ye new life, so I wondered ef ’twudn’t make a man live longer an’ longer ef ’twas more the same."

Sorcery
For each creature card in your graveyard, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token into the battlefield.
Flashback—{2}{b}, Sacrifice a creature. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
I saw outlined against some phosphorescence of the nether world a horde of silent toiling things which only insanity—or worse—could create.
 U
Instant
Until end of turn, whenever a player draws a card, that player discards a card and loses life equal to the discarded card's mana value.
My scream could not be heard above that hideous viol.

Creature – Zombie
When Plague-Daemon dies, it deals damage equal to its power to you.
For it had been a man. This much was clear despite the nauseous eyes, the voiceless simianism, and the daemoniac savagery.

His prayers were neither uttered at the proper time nor directed toward the proper object.

When Sleeplessness enters the battlefield, tap all creatures you control.
Whenever a creature becomes tapped, put a -1/-1 counter on it at end of turn.
After each short and inevitable sleep I seemed older, whilst my friend aged with a rapidity almost shocking.
 C
Creature – Human Zombie

Whenever Stranger Among Men attacks or blocks, discard a card.
I stretched out my fingers to the abomination within that great gilded frame; stretched out my fingers and touched a cold and unyielding surface of polished glass.

It had shapes, a thousand shapes of horror beyond all memory.

Deathtouch, first strike
Ulthar Cats can't block.
Nith remarked that no one had seen the old man or his wife since the night the cats were away.

The headless thing threw out its arms in a gesture which was unmistakably one of desperation.

Enchantment – Aura
Enchant creature
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature.
The ugly trifles of existence began to drive me to madness like the small drops of water that torturers let fall ceaselessly upon one spot of their victim’s body.
