This is a strictly worse Batterhorn and that card is already quite bad. Mentioning CMC is red-flag bait as well so you would be better of without that CMC restriction for multiple reasons.

That death trigger is the trademark Devil tokens at the moment: Make Mischief, Dance with Devils, and Devils' Playground. They all the only cards to create Devil tokens and they all have it.
