This might be fine. Replacing Lifelink for First Strike so you at least need to support her ability with other cards would be safe. Card draw isn't something white gets often, but we have seen it show up on a rare every few sets now.

Hell, a 1 mana 2/1 with lifelink is probably the best you can get anyway. Putting a powerful color pie break on it too is way overkill

You should simplify this to "draw X plus 2 cards, where is X is the greatest power ..." or "draw X cards, where X is 2 plus the greatest power ...". I think the latter option is best
