Seems to. Though just not seeing an immediate issue with layers doesn't mean there isn't.
Well, I would change the reminder text section two to "If its base power and toughness is undefined use 0." to be compatible with Vehicles.
Even if not "were" >> "was".
"Real Shell" -> "Is Real"
Does this work as written?
forced reveal
Hmmm, there probably is an issue where you can lie about the CMC and color as long as you don't exile and reveal it afterwards. This could easily be the scenario when Keeper is targeted by removal and you just want to scry with all your mana, but since after Keeper gets removed, you don't care to exile cards with it and you don't want to reveal information about the card you leave on top.
It isn't really that much of an issue per se, though I guess it should be covered by the rules text somehow. Ie. "If your opponent guessed wrong and you told the truth, ..." ?
I wouldn't be cool with that if I was trying to push it for common, but I'm aware that you have to be quite rules wary to sort out the interactions of p/t switching with various buffs, so I automatically denoted it as an uncommon.
Of note: This would not kill a 1/1 soldier token with Spidersilk Net attached to it. If you're cool with that, so am I.
"No fun allowed."
art update + rarity
This seems pretty weak. Cast on turn four, can't attack until turn six. Sure, it keeps its wraith ability from your turn until your opponents', but it's not like it has vigilance anyways. And from then on you only get it every second turn. I could see it as a 1-drop if you dropped Trample. That'd be more exciting
Yes, the main concept was to update phasing since that's pretty much unusable as a block mechanic on modern sets.
You invented phasing
