Yes, the main concept was to update phasing since that's pretty much unusable as a block mechanic on modern sets.

This seems pretty weak. Cast on turn four, can't attack until turn six. Sure, it keeps its wraith ability from your turn until your opponents', but it's not like it has vigilance anyways. And from then on you only get it every second turn. I could see it as a 1-drop if you dropped Trample. That'd be more exciting
